I like how Alber Ebaz always gives those overly easy references about his collections. This time he cited pajamas, sweatshirts and “solutions”… “comfort”… While none of this looks particularly comfortable (comfort to me is defined by being able to relax my belly after eating a burger in a dress), I do think it’s a super fun take on some resort essentials. Miami beach inspired prints and a couple of looks in head to toe metallic add to the “so wrong, it’s right” vibe. Again, there is no groundbreaking creative vibe going on here, but there are loads of dresses and bits for the Lanvin Lady to indulge herself. But I am noticing a “flounce” trend going here…
PS Lanvin, please shoot the clothes closer up next time, I can barely see the accessories or details on the clothes… I know you rented a nice room for the shoot but I would rather see the clothes.
Favorites: Gold Mini Trench, Bright Orange/Red Wife Beater Dress, All of the visors, Yellow Drapey Strapless Gown (so miami nights!), Blue Tunic and Matching Pants, Red Sweatshirt Dress… ok pretty much every look.
