This Celine Resort collection sums up my favorite moments so far from Phoebe Philo in this French House. The transparency, Moroccan inspired prints, leopard, color blocking and minimalism are all present and accounted for here. Consistency is key, and I love the simplicity theme that is running through the summer collections…I just hope it continues on into the upcoming Spring/Summer shows. The success of Celine and Phoebe seemed to be based on clothes you can actually wear, the wardrobe of a powerful, real (albeit skinny) woman.
FAVES: Leopard pony and blue coat, Silk polka dot hook up, Blue trousers with black band cuff, and the all white looks (although sometimes unwearable, still highly desirable)
